What is limited edition?
A limited edition means a fixed number of identical prints made available for purchase and once an edition is sold, it is no longer available.
Why shop at us?
Gallery HZ works with artists to produce high quality and limited edition prints of a variety of mediums, size and price points. Each set of editions is carefully selected by us and the artist. If you would like to bring daily inspiration into your home or office, prepare a special gift for the love ones, or support emerging artists from Hong Kong and around the world, collecting the prints from our online shop would be an ideal option.
Can I request a specific size for the prints?

How do I know if the piece is authentic?
Each print is signed and numbered by the artist to prove its authenticity. A certificate of authenticity signed by artist can be provided upon request.
How will my artwork be shipped?
The artwork will arrive in a tube or long vertical cardboard box, both are made of sturdy material and sealed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship artwork globally. To facilitate a smoother shipping process, please fill in your shipping address upon checkout and include a phone or mobile number (with country code) if possible. This would be helpful for the shipping, especially for international orders.
What does the shipping cost?
Three shipping/delivery methods are available for you to choose upon the checkout, the final cost will be updated and shown after you fill in all shipping address details. The three options include:
1) Local courier (Hong Kong)
A flat rate of HKD30 will be charged for local courier
2) International courier (Outside Hong Kong)
A flat rate of HKD300 will be charged for international courier
3) In-store pickup
No shipping fee will be charged for in-store pickup. We will get in touch with you about pickup date and time.
Can I change my shipping address after purchasing an artwork?
You can only do so before we ship out the work, and please note that we only accept change of address within the same region as the original shipping address.
Once your order status has changed to “Shipped”, no change in shipping address can be made.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Usually it takes around 4-10 business days upon your purchase.
Rest of the world
Usually it takes around 7-20 business days upon your purchase.
While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, the actual delivery time depends on the destination’s customs requirements or delays due to pandemic.
How can I track my order?
As soon your order has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing email@example.com.
What to do when the package is lost?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your package is lost in transit and we will try our best to resolve it. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen item once it is declared as ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service provider.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You are welcome to use PayPal which accepts Visa, Master and AMEX cards. Alternatively, you can pay in cash in-store or wire transfer. Instructions will be given upon checkout.
Are International Taxes & Duties included in the price?
International taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your purchase may be subject to import taxes and local duties, which are the responsibility of customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
Does the work come with a frame? Can I have the artwork framed?
In most cases, our limited edition prints are unframed, unless there is a framed option on the product page. If you would like to have your artwork framed, you can reach out to us at email@example.com for further information and framer recommendation.
